Don’t usually put this sort of thing up but Clockwork is a historic player of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and is considered one of the best ever. Mike Ross has been tearing it up on the tournament circuit for this game. Both guys opinions are to be respected. These videos are usually in a series, so subscribe if your interested.
The biggest news was that of the new costume packs. Looks like this is all one costume pack and it will be out March 1st and will cost $5. Shadow Mode DLC will also be out on March 1st and it’s FREE. Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath will be out on March 15th. They have not announced at this time, how much they will be if you didn’t pre-order. So in just a few weeks we have quite a bit to look forward to. I really hope this is a sign of things to come from Capcom.
I know this is how developers make easy money, but guys these are some cool costumes.
I truly love the idea of this tournament. But the implementation is less than stellar. This tournament was obviously a one day event; and they are spreading it over three weeks with these short 20+ minute videos. Seems like a wasted opportunity….
What’s worse, is that they condensed the bulk of round 2, which was obviously much longer than round one, into a short 22 minute video. Highlight videos are fine, but what if we wanted to see more matches? Why can’t they post it all?
I can only hope that Round 3, considering how short it will probably be, will at least feature ALL the footage from the matches.
